WIC exists to improve your nutritional health. It provides food assistance, nutritional counseling and health services for women, infants and children.
Nutrition
WIC gives nutrition information that will help your family eat healthier and save money on food. You can watch videos, get pamphlets or newsletters or take a nutrition class or talk privately with a nutritionist.
Breastfeeding
WIC promotes and supports breastfeeding as the best way to feed babies. WIC supports breastfeeding moms with how-to pamphlets, support classes, lactation consultants and peer counselors.

North Central Florida Clinics
North Central Florida WIC helps families in 11 counties. Check our map for the offices, clinics, and WIC-approved vendors nearest you.
WIC saves public and private health care dollars. In Florida, $1.77 was saved in associated Medicaid costs during the first 60 days after birth for every $1.00 spent to serve a pregnant woman.
